At JOMA SPORTS HK, we are committed to your peak performance. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange, or contact our customer support team with your order number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels, tags, and protective materials are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

• 3.
  Ship to JOMA HK

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier point across Hong Kong; please retain your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
